Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
Pat the chicken thighs dry with paper towels.
In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
Rub the spice mixture evenly over the chicken thighs.
Place the chicken thighs skin-side down in the air fryer basket.
Cook for 15 minutes.
Flip the chicken thighs to skin-side up.
Cook for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
Remove the chicken from the air fryer and let it rest for 5 minutes.
Garnish with fresh herbs before serving.
