- 4 ears of fresh corn husked and cleaned
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- Optional: butter and herbs for serving
Husk and clean the corn.
Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
Mix olive oil, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
Brush the corn with the oil mixture.
Place the corn in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
Cook for 12-15 minutes, turning halfway through.
Remove the corn when it's tender and slightly charred.
Optional: brush with melted butter and sprinkle herbs.
Serve warm and enjoy!
