Ingredients

  • 1 pound pork tenderloin
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh herbs rosemary or thyme for garnish

Instructions

  • Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  • Pat the pork tenderloin dry with paper towels.
  • Rub the olive oil all over the pork.
  • Season with garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
  • Place the tenderloin in the air fryer basket.
  • Cook for 10 minutes.
  • Flip the tenderloin and cook for another 10 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
  • Remove from the air fryer and let it rest for 5 minutes.
  • Slice the pork tenderloin into medallions.
  • Garnish with fresh herbs and serve.
