Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs.
In a bowl, mix paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, brown sugar, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper.
Rub the spice mixture evenly over both sides of the ribs.
Place the ribs on a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil, meat side up.
Cover tightly with foil.
Bake in the preheated oven for 2 hours.
Remove the ribs from the oven and discard the top foil.
Brush BBQ sauce over the ribs.
Return to the oven for an additional 30 minutes, uncovered, to caramelize the sauce.
