Ingredients

  • 2 racks of baby back ribs
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
  • Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs.
  • In a bowl, mix paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, brown sugar, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper.
  • Rub the spice mixture evenly over both sides of the ribs.
  • Place the ribs on a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil, meat side up.
  • Cover tightly with foil.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 2 hours.
  • Remove the ribs from the oven and discard the top foil.
  • Brush BBQ sauce over the ribs.
  • Return to the oven for an additional 30 minutes, uncovered, to caramelize the sauce.
