Ingredients

  • 1 pound chicken breast tenders
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 eggs beaten
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a bowl, combine breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  • In another bowl, beat the eggs.
  • Dip each chicken tender into the eggs, coating well.
  • Roll the coated chicken in the breadcrumb mixture until fully covered.
  • Place the tenders on the prepared baking sheet.
  • Drizzle olive oil over the chicken tenders.
  • Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
  • Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
