  • 6 slices of thick bread brioche or challah
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • Pinch of salt
  • Fresh berries for topping
  • Maple syrup for serving

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
