Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup milk dairy or plant-based
  • 1 ripe banana mashed
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup optional
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup mixed berries
  • 1 tablespoon chopped nuts optional

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
  • Add the mashed banana, milk, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients.
  • Stir until well mixed and let it sit for a few minutes.

  • Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
