Ingredients

  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 3 scoops of ice cream vanilla, chocolate, and strawberry
  • 1/4 cup chocolate syrup
  • 1/4 cup whipped cream
  • 1/4 cup chopped nuts walnuts or pecans
  • Maraschino cherries for topping
  • 1/4 cup strawberry syrup optional

Instructions

  • Peel the ripe bananas and cut them in half lengthwise.
  • Place the banana halves in a serving dish, cut side up.
  • Add a scoop of vanilla ice cream in between the banana halves.
  • Add a scoop of chocolate ice cream next to the vanilla.
  • Add a scoop of strawberry ice cream on the other side.
  • Drizzle chocolate syrup generously over the ice cream scoops.
  • Add strawberry syrup if desired.
  • Top with whipped cream on each scoop of ice cream.
  • Sprinkle chopped nuts over the whipped cream.
  • Finish by placing a maraschino cherry on top of each whipped cream dollop.
