Ingredients

  • 1 cup mixed berries strawberries, blueberries, raspberries
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup yogurt Greek or regular
  • 1 cup almond milk or any milk of choice
  • 1 tablespoon honey optional
  • Ice cubes optional

Instructions

  • Gather all your ingredients: mixed berries, banana, yogurt, almond milk, and honey.
  • Wash the mixed berries thoroughly under cold water.
  • Peel the banana and break it into smaller pieces.
