Divide the dough into two logs and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Flatten the logs slightly and bake for 25 minutes until golden.

Slice the logs diagonally into 1/2-inch thick pieces.
Place the slices back on the baking sheet and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until crispy.
