In a bowl, combine rolled oats, chia seeds, and a pinch of salt.
Add almond milk and stir well to combine.
In a separate bowl, mix Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract.
Layer half of the oat mixture into a jar or bowl.
Add a layer of blueberries on top of the oats.
Spread half of the yogurt mixture over the blueberries.
Repeat the layers with the remaining oat mixture, blueberries, and yogurt.
Cover the jar or bowl and refrigerate overnight.
In the morning, stir gently and top with additional blueberries.
