Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds optional
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  • In a bowl, combine rolled oats, chia seeds, and a pinch of salt.
  • Add almond milk and stir well to combine.
  • In a separate bowl, mix Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract.
  • Layer half of the oat mixture into a jar or bowl.
  • Add a layer of blueberries on top of the oats.
  • Spread half of the yogurt mixture over the blueberries.
  • Repeat the layers with the remaining oat mixture, blueberries, and yogurt.
  • Cover the jar or bowl and refrigerate overnight.
  • In the morning, stir gently and top with additional blueberries.
  • Enjoy your blueberry overnight oats cold!
