Ingredients

  • 500 g all-purpose flour
  • 10 g salt
  • 7 g instant yeast
  • 300 ml warm water
  • 25 g sugar
  • 50 g unsalted butter melted
  • sesame seeds for topping

Instructions

  • Combine warm water, sugar, and yeast in a bowl; let sit for 5 minutes.
  • Add melted butter and salt to the yeast mixture.
  • Gradually add flour, mixing until a soft dough forms.
  • Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 10 minutes.
  • Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let it rise for 1 hour.
  • Punch down the dough and divide it into 12 pieces.
  • Shape each piece into a round ball and place on a baking tray.
  • Cover the rolls and let them rise for another 30 minutes.
  • Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
  • Brush the rolls with melted butter, sprinkle with sesame seeds, and bake for 20-25 minutes.
