Ingredients

  • 1 large tortilla
  • 2 scrambled eggs
  • 2 slices of cooked bacon or turkey
  • ¼ cup shredded cheese
  • A handful of fresh spinach
  • 2 tablespoons salsa
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Gather all ingredients on a clean surface.
  • Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
  • Scramble the eggs in a bowl and season with salt and pepper.
  • Pour the eggs into the skillet and cook until fully set.
  • While the eggs cook, warm the tortilla.
  • Lay the warm tortilla flat on a plate.
  • Add the scrambled eggs to the center of the tortilla.
  • Layer on the cooked bacon or turkey slices.
  • Sprinkle the shredded cheese over the eggs and meat.
  • Top with fresh spinach and salsa.
  • Fold the sides of the tortilla inwards, then roll it tightly from the bottom up.
  • Slice the wrap in half and serve immediately.
