Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken cooked and shredded
  • 1 lb pork cooked and diced
  • 2 cups corn fresh or frozen
  • 1 cup lima beans
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • In a large pot, heat some oil over medium heat.
  • Add chopped onions and garlic, sauté until translucent.
  • Stir in the shredded chicken and diced pork.
  • Add diced tomatoes and cook for 5 minutes.
  • Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a simmer.
  • Add corn and lima beans to the pot.
  • Stir in Worcestershire sauce and season with salt and pepper.
  • Reduce heat and let simmer for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.
  • Serve hot, garnished with fresh herbs if desired.
