Ingredients

  • 1 head of cauliflower cut into florets
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup buffalo sauce
  • 2 tablespoons melted vegan butter
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C).
  • In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, water, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and salt until smooth.
  • Dip each cauliflower floret into the batter, ensuring they are well-coated.
  • Place the coated florets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Bake the cauliflower for 20 minutes, turning halfway through for even cooking.
  • While baking, mix the buffalo sauce and melted vegan butter in a bowl.
  • After 20 minutes, remove the cauliflower from the oven and brush the buffalo sauce mixture over the florets.
  • Return the cauliflower to the oven and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
  • Once done, remove from the oven and let cool slightly.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
