Dip each cauliflower floret into the batter, ensuring they are well-coated.
Place the coated florets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake the cauliflower for 20 minutes, turning halfway through for even cooking.
While baking, mix the buffalo sauce and melted vegan butter in a bowl.
After 20 minutes, remove the cauliflower from the oven and brush the buffalo sauce mixture over the florets.
Return the cauliflower to the oven and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
Once done, remove from the oven and let cool slightly.
Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
