Shred the cooked chicken into bite-sized pieces.
Mix the shredded chicken with buffalo sauce until well coated.
Lay the tortilla flat on a clean surface.
Spread ranch dressing over the tortilla, leaving a small border.
Add a layer of shredded lettuce on top of the dressing.
Place the buffalo chicken mixture on top of the lettuce.
Sprinkle blue cheese and chopped celery over the chicken if using.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Carefully roll the tortilla tightly, folding in the sides as you go.
Slice the wrap in half and serve immediately.
