Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken shredded
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1 large tortilla
  • 1 cup lettuce shredded
  • 1/4 cup ranch dressing
  • 1/4 cup blue cheese optional
  • 1/4 cup celery chopped (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Shred the cooked chicken into bite-sized pieces.
  • Mix the shredded chicken with buffalo sauce until well coated.
  • Lay the tortilla flat on a clean surface.
  • Spread ranch dressing over the tortilla, leaving a small border.
  • Add a layer of shredded lettuce on top of the dressing.
  • Place the buffalo chicken mixture on top of the lettuce.
  • Sprinkle blue cheese and chopped celery over the chicken if using.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Carefully roll the tortilla tightly, folding in the sides as you go.
