Cook the patties for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked.
While the patties are cooking, grill the zucchini slices until tender.
Prepare the rice according to package instructions.
Chop the lettuce and halve the cherry tomatoes.
Once the patties are cooked, let them rest for a few minutes.
In each bowl, layer rice, then add the chopped lettuce and tomatoes.
Place a beef patty on top of the veggies.
Add pickled onions and shredded cheese, finishing with your favorite sauces.
