Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1 cup lettuce chopped
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1/4 cup pickled onions
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 zucchini sliced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil for grilling
  • Your favorite burger sauces

Instructions

  • Preheat your grill or skillet to medium-high heat.
  • Season the ground beef with salt and pepper, then form into 4 patties.
  • Cook the patties for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked.
  • While the patties are cooking, grill the zucchini slices until tender.
  • Prepare the rice according to package instructions.
  • Chop the lettuce and halve the cherry tomatoes.
  • Once the patties are cooked, let them rest for a few minutes.
  • In each bowl, layer rice, then add the chopped lettuce and tomatoes.
  • Place a beef patty on top of the veggies.
  • Add pickled onions and shredded cheese, finishing with your favorite sauces.
