Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish
  • Lemon wedges for serving

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels.
  • Mix Cajun seasoning, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
  • Rub the spice mixture all over the chicken breasts.
  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Sear the chicken breasts for about 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  • Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven.
  • Bake for 15-20 minutes until the chicken is cooked through.
  • Remove from the oven and let rest for 5 minutes.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with lemon wedges.
