Ingredients

  • 1 can of salmon drained
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup chopped celery
  • 1/4 cup chopped red onion
  • 2 tablespoons fresh dill or parsley
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Lettuce leaves for serving
  • Optional: diced cucumber and avocado

Instructions

  • Open the can of salmon and drain the liquid.
  • In a bowl, flake the salmon with a fork.
  • Add mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, and lemon juice to the salmon.
  • Mix in the chopped celery and red onion.
