Ingredients

  • 4 large carrots peeled and chopped
  • 1 orange peeled and segmented
  • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon of ginger optional
  • Water as needed

Instructions

  • Wash the carrots thoroughly under running water.
  • Peel the carrots using a vegetable peeler.
  • Chop the carrots into small pieces.
  • Peel and segment the orange, removing any seeds.
  • If using, wash and peel the ginger, then cut it into smaller pieces.
  • Place the chopped carrots into the juicer.
  • Add the orange segments to the juicer.
  • Include the ginger if desired.
  • Squeeze in the lemon juice for added flavor.
  • Blend the ingredients until smooth, adding water as needed.
