Ingredients

  • 16 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/4 cup chopped nuts optional
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Fresh herbs for garnish

Instructions

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, cheddar cheese, and Parmesan cheese.
  • Add chopped green onions, nuts (if using), Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and onion powder to the bowl.
  • Mix all ingredients together until well combined.
  • Shape the mixture into a ball using your hands.
  • Wrap the cheese ball in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to firm up.
  • Once firm, remove from the refrigerator and roll the cheese ball in fresh herbs or chopped nuts for coating.
  • Place on a serving platter and garnish with additional herbs if desired.
  • Serve with crackers, bread, or vegetable sticks for dipping.
