Ingredients

  • 200 g pasta any type
  • 100 g cheddar cheese grated
  • 50 g parmesan cheese grated
  • 200 ml heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  • Boil a pot of salted water and cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente.
  • While the pasta cooks, melt butter in a pan over medium heat.
  • Add minced garlic to the pan and sauté until fragrant.
  • Reduce heat to low and stir in heavy cream, mixing well.
  • Add cheddar and parmesan cheese, stirring until melted and smooth.
  • Season the cheese sauce with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Drain the cooked pasta and add it to the cheese sauce.
  • Toss the pasta in the sauce until fully coated.
  • Remove from heat and let it sit for a minute to thicken.
  • Serve hot, garnished with freshly chopped parsley.
