Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 12 slider buns
  • 6 slices cheddar cheese
  • Pickles optional
  • Ketchup and mustard optional

Instructions

  • Preheat your grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
  • In a bowl, combine ground beef, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Form the beef mixture into small patties.
  • Cook the patties on the grill or skillet for about 3-4 minutes on each side.
  • During the last minute of cooking, place a slice of cheese on each patty.
  • Toast the slider buns until golden brown.
  • Assemble the sliders by placing a patty on the bottom half of each bun.
  • Add pickles, ketchup, and mustard if desired.
  • Top with the other half of the bun and press gently.
  • Serve warm and enjoy!
