In a bowl, combine ground beef, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
Form the beef mixture into small patties.
Cook the patties on the grill or skillet for about 3-4 minutes on each side.
During the last minute of cooking, place a slice of cheese on each patty.
Toast the slider buns until golden brown.
Assemble the sliders by placing a patty on the bottom half of each bun.
Add pickles, ketchup, and mustard if desired.
Top with the other half of the bun and press gently.
