Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until well mixed.
Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a greased 9x9-inch baking pan.
In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
Gradually add in the sugar and mix until fully incorporated.
Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
Stir in the vanilla extract and sour cream until smooth.
Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust in the baking pan.
Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until set.
Allow to cool completely, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours before slicing.
