Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh cherries pitted
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup cherry pie filling
  • 1/2 cup crushed graham crackers
  • 2 tablespoons butter melted

Instructions

  • Begin by crushing the graham crackers and mixing them with melted butter to form a crust.
  • Press the graham cracker mixture into the bottom of 6 individual dessert cups.
  • In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
  • Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
  • In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  • Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
  • Layer the cream mixture over the crust in each cup.
  • Add a layer of cherry pie filling on top of the cream layer.
  • Repeat the layers until the cups are filled, finishing with the cherry layer on top.
  • Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to set before serving.
