Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken shredded
  • 2 cups broccoli florets steamed
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon curry powder optional
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons butter melted

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large bowl, combine the cream of chicken soup, mayonnaise, lemon juice, and curry powder.
  • Add the shredded chicken and steamed broccoli to the mixture, stirring until well combined.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Transfer the chicken and broccoli mixture into a greased baking dish.
  • Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese evenly over the top.
  • In a separate bowl, mix breadcrumbs with melted butter until well coated.
  • Spread the breadcrumb mixture over the cheese layer.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
  • Allow to cool slightly before serving.
