Cut the chicken breasts into strips.
Set up three bowls: flour, beaten eggs, and breadcrumbs.

Dip each chicken strip in the flour, then the eggs, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.
Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
Add chicken strips in batches and fry for about 5 minutes on each side.
Remove from oil and place on paper towels to drain excess oil.
