Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts cut into strips
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 eggs beaten
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs panko preferred
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Vegetable oil for frying

Instructions

  • Cut the chicken breasts into strips.
  • Set up three bowls: flour, beaten eggs, and breadcrumbs.
  • Season the flour with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  • Dip each chicken strip in the flour, then the eggs, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.
  • Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Add chicken strips in batches and fry for about 5 minutes on each side.
  • Remove from oil and place on paper towels to drain excess oil.
  • Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
