Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground chicken
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 cup marinara sauce

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, chopped parsley, egg, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
  • Mix the ingredients until well combined, but do not overmix.
  • Form the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
  • Place the meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
  • While the meatballs are baking, heat marinara sauce in a saucepan over medium heat.
  • Once the meatballs are done, add them to the marinara sauce and coat well.
  • Serve hot, garnished with extra parsley if desired.
