Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked pasta penne or fusilli
  • 2 cups cooked chicken shredded
  • 1 cup cream or milk
  • 1 cup shredded cheese cheddar or mozzarella
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked pasta and shredded chicken.
  • In a separate bowl, mix the cream, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  • Pour the creamy mixture over the pasta and chicken, stirring to combine.
  • Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
  • Top with shredded cheese and breadcrumbs evenly.
  • Drizzle olive oil over the breadcrumbs for extra crunch.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes until golden and bubbly.
  • Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
