In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
Mix well until all ingredients are fully incorporated.
Form the mixture into small patties, about 2-3 inches in diameter.
Preheat a skillet over medium heat and add a splash of oil.
Cook the patties for 5-7 minutes on each side, or until they are golden brown and cooked through.
While the chicken is cooking, prepare your slider buns by toasting them lightly.
Once cooked, place each chicken patty on a bun.
Add lettuce, tomato slices, and pickles on top of the chicken.
Cover with the top half of the bun.
Serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauce.
