Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground chicken
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Slider buns
  • Lettuce tomato, and pickles for topping

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Mix well until all ingredients are fully incorporated.
  • Form the mixture into small patties, about 2-3 inches in diameter.
  • Preheat a skillet over medium heat and add a splash of oil.
  • Cook the patties for 5-7 minutes on each side, or until they are golden brown and cooked through.
  • While the chicken is cooking, prepare your slider buns by toasting them lightly.
  • Once cooked, place each chicken patty on a bun.
  • Add lettuce, tomato slices, and pickles on top of the chicken.
  • Cover with the top half of the bun.
  • Serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauce.
