Ingredients

  • 2 lbs chicken wings
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 cup hot sauce optional
  • 1/4 cup honey optional
  • Fresh herbs for garnish

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels.
  • In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
  • Add the chicken wings to the bowl and toss until fully coated.
  • Arrange the wings in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Bake for 20 minutes, then flip the wings over.
  • Bake for another 20 minutes until crispy and golden brown.
  • If using hot sauce, toss the wings in the sauce right after baking.
  • For a sweet twist, drizzle honey over the wings before serving.
  • Garnish with fresh herbs and serve with your favorite dipping sauces.
