Sprinkle nuts and dried fruits over the melted chocolate.
Press the toppings gently into the chocolate.
Let the chocolate cool at room temperature for about 15 minutes.
Refrigerate for 30 minutes or until fully set.
Once set, break the bark into pieces.
Serve or store in an airtight container.
