  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup powdered sugar for coating

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, salt, and baking powder.
  • In another bowl, mix the granulated sugar, eggs, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract until well combined.
