Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh cilantro chopped
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt or sour cream
  • 1/4 cup lime juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon honey or agave syrup optional
  • 1/4 cup olive oil

Instructions

  • Gather all ingredients on a clean surface.
  • Rinse the cilantro under cold water and pat dry.
  • In a blender, combine the chopped cilantro, Greek yogurt (or sour cream), and lime juice.
  • Add minced garlic, salt, and pepper to the blender.
  • If desired, add honey or agave syrup for sweetness.
  • Blend the mixture until smooth and creamy.
  • While blending, slowly drizzle in the olive oil until fully incorporated.
  • Taste the dressing and adjust seasoning if necessary.
  • Transfer the dressing to a jar or airtight container.
  • Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to let flavors meld before serving.
