  • 4 medium apples Granny Smith or Honeycrisp
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions

  • Wash the apples thoroughly and dry them.
