Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¾ cup unsalted butter softened
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ cup powdered sugar for dusting

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.
  • Cream softened butter with brown and granulated sugars until light and fluffy.
  • Add the egg and vanilla extract to the butter mixture and beat well.
