Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Separate the egg whites from the yolks into two different bowls.
Add cream of tartar to the egg whites and beat until stiff peaks form.
In the yolk bowl, mix cream cheese and salt until smooth.
Gently fold the yolk mixture into the egg whites until just combined.
Scoop the batter onto the prepared baking sheet, forming 6 mounds.
Bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
Remove from the oven and let cool on a wire rack.
Serve immediately or store for later use.
