Ingredients

  • 1 cup cool whip
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Powdered sugar for dusting

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the cool whip and granulated sugar.
  • Stir in the vanilla extract until well mixed.
  • In another bowl, whisk together flour and baking powder.
  • Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined.
  • Use a tablespoon to scoop the dough onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  • Space the cookies about 2 inches apart.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes or until lightly golden.
  • Remove from the oven and let cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes.
  • Transfer to a wire rack to cool completely, then dust with powdered sugar.
