Ingredients

  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon dried herbs
  • Olive oil spray

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine cottage cheese and almond flour.
  • Add garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper to the mixture.
  • Stir until the ingredients are well incorporated.
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Scoop tablespoon-sized amounts of the mixture onto the baking sheet.
  • Flatten each scoop into a thin disc.
  • Spray the tops lightly with olive oil for added crispiness.
  • Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
  • Allow to cool before serving.
