  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup lump crab meat
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon hot sauce optional
  • 1/4 cup green onions chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and mayonnaise until smooth.
  • Add the sour cream, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, and hot sauce (if using). Mix well.
  • Gently fold in the lump crab meat, taking care not to break it apart too much.
