Ingredients

  • 1 package of puff pastry sheets
  • 1 wheel of brie cheese
  • 1 cup cranberry sauce
  • Fresh cranberries for garnish
  • Fresh thyme optional
  • Egg wash 1 egg beaten with a tablespoon of water

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Roll out the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface.
  • Cut the pastry into squares, about 3 inches each.
  • Grease a muffin tin with cooking spray or butter.
  • Place each pastry square into a muffin cup, pressing it down gently.
  • Cut the brie cheese into small pieces and place one piece in each pastry cup.
  • Top with a spoonful of cranberry sauce.
  • Brush the edges of the pastry with the egg wash for a golden finish.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes until the pastry is golden brown.
  • Remove from the oven, let cool slightly, and garnish with fresh cranberries and thyme.
