Ingredients

  • 1 large flour tortilla
  • 1 small corn tortilla
  • 1/2 cup cooked ground beef or turkey
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/4 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup salsa
  • Optional: jalapeños guacamole

Instructions

  • Cook the ground beef or turkey in a skillet over medium heat until browned.
  • Prepare your toppings: shred the lettuce, dice the tomatoes, and set out the cheese and sour cream.
  • Lay the large flour tortilla flat on a clean surface.
  • Place the small corn tortilla in the center of the large tortilla.
  • Spread a layer of sour cream on top of the corn tortilla.
  • Add a layer of cooked meat on top of the sour cream.
  • Sprinkle shredded cheese over the meat.
  • Layer shredded lettuce and diced tomatoes on top.
  • Drizzle salsa over the top, and add any optional ingredients.
  • Fold the edges of the large tortilla over the filling, creating a wrap.
  • Heat a skillet over medium heat and place the wrap seam-side down in the skillet.
  • Cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side or until golden brown and crispy.
