Cook the ground beef or turkey in a skillet over medium heat until browned.
Prepare your toppings: shred the lettuce, dice the tomatoes, and set out the cheese and sour cream.
Lay the large flour tortilla flat on a clean surface.
Place the small corn tortilla in the center of the large tortilla.
Spread a layer of sour cream on top of the corn tortilla.
Add a layer of cooked meat on top of the sour cream.
Sprinkle shredded cheese over the meat.
Layer shredded lettuce and diced tomatoes on top.
Drizzle salsa over the top, and add any optional ingredients.
Fold the edges of the large tortilla over the filling, creating a wrap.
Heat a skillet over medium heat and place the wrap seam-side down in the skillet.
Cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side or until golden brown and crispy.
