Ingredients

  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup diced bell peppers
  • 1 cup diced onions
  • 1 cup shredded cheese cheddar or your choice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 cup diced cooked ham or sausage optional
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large bowl, beat the eggs and milk together until well combined.
  • Add in the diced bell peppers, onions, and any optional meats.
  • Stir in the shredded cheese, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  • Grease a baking dish with cooking spray or butter.
  • Pour the egg mixture into the prepared baking dish.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the center is set.
  • Check for doneness by inserting a knife into the center; it should come out clean.
  • Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
