  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup shredded cheese Mexican blend or cotija
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish

Instructions

  • In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise until smooth.
  • Stir in the corn, mixing well to incorporate.
  • Add lime juice, chili powder, and salt to taste.
  • Fold in the shredded cheese gently.
  • Transfer the mixture to a serving dish.
  • Smooth the top with a spatula for an even surface.
  • Sprinkle additional chili powder on top for garnish.
  • Add fresh cilantro for a pop of color and flavor.
  • Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to meld flavors.
