Gradually add warm water and olive oil to the dry ingredients.
Mix until a dough forms, then knead for about 5 minutes until smooth.
Cover the dough with a damp cloth and let it rest for 30 minutes.
Preheat a skillet or griddle over medium-high heat.
Divide the dough into 4 equal pieces and roll each into a thin circle.
Place one rolled piece onto the hot skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes until bubbles form.
Flip and cook for another 2 minutes until lightly browned.
Remove from heat and repeat with the remaining dough pieces.
Serve warm with your choice of toppings.
