Brew a cup of your favorite coffee and allow it to cool to room temperature.
In a blender, combine the cooled coffee, milk, and sugar.
Add the ice cubes to the blender.
Blend on high until the mixture is frothy and well combined.
Taste the frappe and adjust sweetness as needed.
Drizzle chocolate or caramel syrup along the inside of the serving glasses (optional).
Pour the blended frappe into the prepared glasses.
Top with whipped cream if desired.
Garnish with fresh mint leaves.
