- 2 pounds chicken wings
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Vegetable oil for frying
- Your choice of sauces
Rinse the chicken wings under cold water and pat dry.
Mix buttermilk with seasonings and marinate the wings for at least 30 minutes.
Combine flour and additional seasonings in another bowl.
Heat oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 350°F (175°C).
Remove wings from marinade and coat in the flour mixture.
Fry the wings in batches for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
Use a slotted spoon to remove wings and drain on paper towels.
Serve hot with your choice of sauces.
