Ingredients

  • 1 cup strawberries hulled
  • 1 cup pineapple cubed
  • 1 cup kiwi peeled and sliced
  • 1 cup melon cubed
  • 1 cup grapes
  • Wooden skewers
  • Optional: mint leaves for garnish

Instructions

  • Gather all your ingredients and tools.
  • Wash the fruits thoroughly under cold water.
  • Hull the strawberries and cut the pineapple and melon into bite-sized cubes.
  • Peel and slice the kiwi into rounds.
  • Prepare wooden skewers by soaking them in water for 10 minutes.
  • Start threading the fruits onto the skewers, alternating colors and types.
  • Begin with a strawberry, followed by a piece of melon, then kiwi, and continue alternating.
  • Fill the skewer until it’s loaded with fruit, leaving space at the ends.
  • Repeat with the remaining skewers until all fruit is used.
  • Arrange the finished kabobs on a serving platter and garnish with mint leaves if desired.
