Ingredients

  • 1 pre-made sugar cookie dough
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup whipped topping
  • Assorted fresh fruits strawberries, blueberries, kiwi, raspberries
  • Mint leaves for garnish optional

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Roll out the sugar cookie dough into a large circle on a baking sheet.
  • Bake the cookie crust for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
  • Allow the crust to cool completely on a wire rack.
  • In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
  • Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract; mix until combined.
  • Gently fold in the whipped topping until smooth and fluffy.
  • Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the cooled cookie crust.
  • Arrange the assorted fresh fruits on top of the cream cheese layer.
  • Garnish with mint leaves if desired, and refrigerate until serving.
