Ingredients

  • 4 chicken thighs or breasts
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon dried Italian herbs
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a bowl, combine parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, minced garlic, Italian herbs, salt, and pepper.
  • Dip each chicken piece into melted butter, ensuring it's fully coated.
  • Roll the buttered chicken in the breadcrumb mixture until evenly coated.
  • Place the chicken on a greased baking sheet.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
